AAZZUR joins top Swiss fintech accelerator programme F10

AAZZUR will get the chance to work with some of Switzerland’s top banks and financial organisations after being selected for the F10 Prototype to Product (P2) accelerator programme.

The Berlin-based start-up, which aims to act as a layer between financial service providers, including banks, and other fintech companies, is one of just 16 selected to join Batch V of the six-month programme in Zurich later this month.

The final batch were whittled down from more than 350 applications by F10’s expert team, with the help of a roster of big hitters in the finance industry, including SIX, Julius Baer, Raiffeisen, PwC Switzerland, Capgemini and R3.

AAZZUR has built a financial platform that enables the easy exchange of data, message and transactions, so that partnering banks and fintech providers can dramatically reduce the time and cost of building their product and getting it to market.

Meanwhile customers also benefit from personalised advice, recommendations on how to act smarter financially, and being directly connected to a wide range of financial services, giving them more choice and letting them access all their accounts in one place.

Participating in the P2 accelerator will enable AAZZUR to further develop its open banking-based solution, with the support of F10’s expert coaches, corporate members and extensive mentor network. It will also provide invaluable access to Switzerland’s vibrant fintech ecosystem.

CEO Philipp Buschmann said: “We are thrilled to have been invited to be selected as one of just a handful of high-potential start-ups to take part in F10’s prestigious P2 accelerator programme.

“It will give us access to world-class mentors and a broad corporate network that will be invaluable in boosting our start-up growth and scaling our business.”

F10 is Switzerland’s leading collaboration space for fintechs and is sponsored by SIX, the operator of the country’s stock exchange. At the same, its corporate members – which also include the Baloire Group, Generali Group Switzerland, eny Finance, ERI Bancaire and PostFinance, get access to participating start-ups' latest ideas and prototypes.
